Meet Geraldine
After many years of working in the hairdressing industry, I found myself trying to help my clients answer the same question and solve the same hair problems. I was asked, "what shampoo and conditioner should I be using?” “I have tried so many and have always struggled to find a shampoo and conditioner that works.”
I started researching products and made it my mission to find the best hair care range that made a difference! Wanting to look and feel good is the essence of life.
True One was born to provide wholesome, healthy hair through organic and natural ingredients in our products.
Our Story
It has always been my passion to work in an industry whose focus is to not only make people look good, but also feel good about themselves.
Over the past 27 years, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to work as a hairdresser in a number of countries. But no matter where I lived, I’d always find myself surrounded by products that just weren’t giving me the WOW factor I was looking for.
This is where the concept of True One was born – out of frustration in not finding hair products that suited my hair, and so, I set out on my journey to find a product that made my hair look and feel amazing. My priority was to develop a range of product that’s kind to both my hair and scalp!
It was time to look at my hair products in a different way, an organic way.

Ditching the nasties and sourcing natural, organic ingredients for my haircare range has been an interesting and rewarding journey to say the least.
I only work with True One products on my clients and the results have been amazing. Using organic ingredients provides a cleaner, nutritional product, resulting in healthier hair with less chemical build up, irritation to the scalp and damage to the hair.
Now that I’ve created an organic haircare range, free of nasties, that gives me the hair confidence I love, I’m here to share True One with you.
