Return Policy 
 
True One offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, with our products, we will refund the cost of the product back on any of the True One product range. All we ask is that you simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we will refund you. (Please don't throw the item away as the product must be returned to process the refund).  

Shipping costs and Parcel Protection are non-refundable. 
 
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.
